LTVs (not including conversion limit):
- Residential (owner occupied / BTL) typically up to 70% dependent on circumstances.
- Commercial up to 70% dependent on property and covenants .
Serviceability:
- The client should have a provable minimum income of £100,000 per annum (employed
or self-employed).
- Affordability based on no more than 40% of income after tax being
used for debt servicing
- If the property is purchased on a buy-to-let basis, the rental
cover should be a minimum of 125% (in sterling at the conversion limit).
